Card Nokkoo provides digital services, including digital business cards, mini websites, WhatsApp stores, and subscription-based features.

Because these are non-tangible, digital products, refunds may be limited or not applicable in certain cases.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but your current plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.

2.2 Automatic Renewals

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal charges already processed cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund for Digital Services

Since Card Nokkoo offers instantly delivered digital services, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Plan upgrades
  • Custom domain activation fees
  • Feature purchases
  • Any digital product already delivered or activated

3.2 Exceptions (If Applicable)

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Payment charged but service not activated within 48 hours
  • A verified system error caused by Card Nokkoo

Refund eligibility will be determined solely at the discretion of Card Nokkoo.


4. Trial or Demo Plans

If the Service offers a free trial or demo, users are encouraged to try it before purchasing.

Paid plan fees for users who have used the trial are not refundable.

5. Domain Purchases

Custom domain purchases or DNS activation fees are handled through third-party providers, and therefore cannot be refunded once processed.


6. Special Offers & Discounts

Payments made during promotions, offers, or discounts are non-refundable.


7. Service Termination by Card Nokkoo

If the Company terminates your account due to violation of Terms & Conditions:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • All services will stop immediately.

8. Policy Modifications

Card Nokkoo reserves the right to update or change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
